- Welcome aboard Amelia, There are a great deal of local Tea Party Events being planned throughout the U.S. The U.S. Tea Parties are in essense the protost against Government intrusion and excessive taxation and last I checked there were 170 planned protests in cities all across the U.S. being organized.

There are some other great organizations setup for democratic resistance to the current socialist agenda's.
