What does this quote have to do with the Libertarian Party?

In fact, what does this quote have to do with anything? I loved the others but this one doesn't seem to be what we need.

I don't know, Micheal picked out the quotes, he'll have to explain the motivation. To be honest I was so focused on the formatting when I was converting those to PDF, that I never even read that particular quote until you mentioned it.
